Terms & Conditions

By working with Silver & Grey or using our services, you agree to the following:

Silver & Grey provides social media management, website, and related digital services as outlined in a written quote or cost estimate. That document confirms the scope of work, timelines, and fees and takes priority if anything differs from these terms.

All fees, deposits, and payment terms will be clearly stated upfront. Work begins once a deposit or payment has been received. Any work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and quoted before proceeding.

​

You remain the owner of your website, social media pages, and brand assets.

​

Any content we create for your brand may be used for our portfolio, website, or marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

​

All artwork, content, and designs must be approved by you before being published or delivered. Once approved, it is considered final. Silver & Grey is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or issues in approved artwork that were not identified at the time of sign-off.

You are responsible for providing accurate content, approvals, and feedback within reasonable timeframes. Delays in feedback may affect timelines.

​

We make every effort to deliver quality work, but we cannot be held responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, plugins, software updates, or security breaches beyond our control.

​

Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice, as agreed in the original quote or agreement. Any work completed up to that point remains payable.

​

These Terms and Conditions are governed by South African law.
